Rockville Auto Repair

I called on Wednesday evening with a flat tire, to get an appointment on Thursday morning to get 4 new tires, so I could get to a 12:30 PM meeting in Germantown. I brought in my Camry at 8:45 AM on Thursday morning, and got service right away. In 2 hours, they changed and balanced all 4 tires, and replaced and aligned the wheels. My new Michelin tires really give a good ride, and I made it to my 12:30 PM appointment. I have always been totally satisfied with this Auto Clinic Care facility on Nicholson. The service has always been excellent, even when I had to give them short notice. I have already recommended them to a friend who was unhappy with her Lexus dealer service.

I have taken my car 3 times to Auto Clinic Care, and I could not give this company a higher review. When my AC initially broke, I couldn't afford to pay to fix to fix it, so they added some freon for me. I have been back twice and paid a small amount for them to add freon to make my car nice and cool until I can afford to pay to actually fix it. The last time I went, they were actually already closed when I showed up, but opened up and added freon to my car then and there to accomodate me. Amazing customer service is clearly extremely important to them.This establishment has been nothing but honest in their dealings with me (giving me a deal on the price we originally thought it would be to fix the AC, calling to let me know there was something else wrong with it and what the new price would be, not doing anything to my car without my permission). I highly recommend them.

Their service was professional and timely. I was getting ready to drive halfway across the country and brought my truck in the day before I left for an oil change. They noticed that my truck seriously needed a part fixed that could have lead to a fatal accident had I not had it fixed. They were able to order the part and fix it that day. They were also willing to stay open after hours to ensure I could leave for my trip on time. They diagnosed the problem accurately and described to me why my truck was making certain noises and how that could and probably would have resulted in an accident, had I not fixed it before driving that many miles. They have made a loyal customer out of me.
