The incredibly sweet lady behind the counter was so helpful and explained my bill and future maintenance work so that I understood everything completely. The head mechanic/owner (?) was amazing and helped me work out a plan for what my truck needed work on first according to my safety and my budget. I am definitely going back to have them do all of my truck maintenance. As a single mother, your help and guidance meant a lot.

My car battery needed to be replaced and I was looking online for a place nearby that had excellent ratings. Auto Clinic Care had the best ratings out of any auto repair place within Silver Spring and Rockville combined. They were very pleasant on the phone, asking for specifics about my car prior to bringing it in. Without having to ask, the mechanics ran a conductive test on my car to confirm that the battery was faulty before replacing it. The staff was very respectful and called me ma'am, something you don't find around here very often! Within less than 30 minutes my car battery was replaced and they had checked my charging system as well. All for less than $185! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing group!!! I had to get a MD state inspection and they did a quick and thorough job. The staff is fantastic; they are all so nice and professional. I had emailed to ask a question after hours and they responded within an hour of sending, and we're able to make my appointment for the following day. I would HIGHLY recommend bringing your car here!

The best service center in town bar none!

This place is the best! Never had any problems! I brought my Toyota Corolla to multiple stores and and I wasn't satisfied but then I went to Auto Clinic Care and they took care of me. I felt like I was the president! They have good customer service and good labor also! I was very satisfied with the price I was paying too!

I came here because I got a flat tire right before I was heading on a three hour road trip. It was a Friday and I arrived just after they closed but they still were so willing to help! I am so happy I found them and will continue to use them for my car!! They were extremely nice and explained to me clearly what had happened to my tire and what they were going to do to fix it. I can't thank them enough they really saved my trip home this weekend! Thank you thank you thank you!

Our daughter needed a state inspection for her 2001 Jetta. Karen's customer service is outstanding. She made 2 separate 'exceptions' to get our daughter's car in, not only for the inspection but the post repair inspection too. We are grateful for the kindness of businesses who go out of their way to help strangers and it sounds like it keeps getting better with all of their repeat customers too!
