Our daughter needed a state inspection for her 2001 Jetta. Karen's customer service is outstanding. She made 2 separate 'exceptions' to get our daughter's car in, not only for the inspection but the post repair inspection too. We are grateful for the kindness of businesses who go out of their way to help strangers and it sounds like it keeps getting better with all of their repeat customers too!

Great place been coming for 5 years since I moved to DC. I don't post reviews but this place was great to me they have always been straight forward with me. Telling me what can wait on repairs and which is needed now. They always worked with me and on all my vechlies with no problems afterwards. If you are looking for a honest place this is it.

I came here because I got a flat tire right before a road trip home. It was after they had closed on a Friday. they were extremely nice and still helped me with no hesitation. I really can't thank them enough and will always go here for services on my car!! They explained what happened to my tire and what they we're going to do to fix it. I can't thank them enough, because of them I was able to take my trip this weekend! Thank you so much!

I have used Auto Clinic Care for these past three years. They have done some major work on my 1997 Nissan Maxima and it is purring like a kitten. Jonny and his staff are professional and very friendly. I also love visiting their dog who is also on the staff. I wouldn't trust the care of my car to any other garage. Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!

I had my brakes repaired by this place a few eeks ago. Super awesome staff and fast work. New rotors and pads in about 90 mins and extremely reasonable price. I told the mechanic what my budget was (really more like what i could afford) and he worked with me to bring down the price. I am bringing my car here from now on!

Karen is always a pleasure to speak with and she makes automotive work easy to understand as somebody who doesn't know much about cars. I always know that they are looking out for my best interest as a customer and especially as a young woman. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for minor to major car work.
