I was recommended to take my car to Auto Clinic Care when my check engine light came on. Even though I dropped off my car in the morning, without an appointment, Johnny and Karen were kind enough to run a diagnostics test on my car that same day. By early afternoon Karen told me my car needed servicing, but because it was covered under the car's warranty, which I didn't know, she suggested I go the dealership to save money. More so, they gave me complete notes of what needed to get done and Karen took the time to explain the information to me; she also said I could call her if I had any questions. I'm grateful for Johnny's expert and efficient service, and Karen's help. I will return to Auto Clinic Care for any future needs.

I don't know, but 4.7 stars on this place seems fake. They are by far the most dishonest mechanic shop in Rockville! I ask how much will cost me to replace front rotors and brake pads on a jetta and the front desk lady told me "I have no idea" I need to check first. Right there I should took my car and go somewhere else...first she said we can do it today then after checking my car she came with a 1300 dolar estimate and that the car has no wheels on therefore I couldn't drive it and also it wasn't going to be ready till next day. I was so upset to allow this thief to screw me like this. Do not take your car here!!!
