Nice staff. Quality work. A little surprised it costs $100 to change a tire and road force balance it. Also didn't expect the extra $10 shop fee tacked on. So $110 plus tax to install a new tire which I brought. Inflation!

They tried to charge me over $3000 to replace the AC compressor.

Karen was able to get my car serviced the same day and the technician finished by the end of the day! Fast and efficient service. Thank you!

Took in my 2013 Hyundi Elantra in May. My car was running slow and the AC was out. They charged the ac but could not find the reason for the, lack of power. Thankfully they did not charge me to look at it.Took it back 2wks later still loosing power and they nailed it. Found & fixed the problem. My car is running great. Reasonable prices. Repaired the next day. Positive people tp work with.

i want to give heartfelt thanks to Auto Care Clinic for outstanding care of my 2005 Tahoe for the past 18 months, especially replacing the engine and updating supporting systems during a time when I could not afford even a used vehicle. Karen & Jonny are a terrific team -- Karen managing the office and customer contact with kindness, efficiency & knowledge, Jonny, senior mechanic/ owner & engine specialist having advanced mechanical credentialed skills, is an equally kind, patient & diagnostic expert & mechanic. Furthermore, he's trained to repair pre-computerized, antique vehicles. ACC has gone above & beyond many times to support me and my vehicle. I strongly recommend them. Barbara Baron Rubin 2024

I took my Honda Civic here for an estimate to repair the AC system, as the compressor was bad. I dropped my car off before hours and waited for a call. They estimated me about $2200 to fix my AC compressor (which is about 1k more than what I was expecting). Once I said I'll come by and get a second opinion, they then said it would be $400 for the diagnosis. I thought this must be an error, as anyone who could hear would know the AC compressor is obviously bad (the AC clutch was making a horrible sound when idling) and they also said a diagnosis is about $180 (which I also think is quite high). The extra $200 was to fill the AC compressor and watch it leak coolant, which I did not approve of nor was told about prior to dropping my car off. Needless to say I argued the extra $200 fee off, took my car somewhere else, got a quote to fix the issue for OVER $1k LESS than what they estimated, and have a fixed car at a reasonable price. I rarely leave negative reviews, but do what you want with this information.

They were quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and about $500 cheaper than the dealer for a dealer part.

I just moved to the area and needed to get my car looked at. Without an appointment, they were able to make an assessment of my car and fixed major brake issues. They even brought in someone to fix a wheel, because the manufacture stop making the part needed for repair. Auto clinic went above and beyond.

The ACC team did a great job. They are expert mechanics, problem solvers and are a please to work with. Their costs are reasonable. I definitely plan to return when I have additional repair needs.
