Best customer service I've had from an auto shop. The work is accurate, reasonably priced, delivered when promised, no add on charges, and fixed right the first time by subject experts. Doesn't matter the make, model, year, or type of repair (including tires) these guys do it all. You call and get a person on the phone (in less than 5 rings) and not a machine or computer. They know you by name and your car by the history. My used 10 year old grand Cherokee at 158K runs like new from 80 mph to 4x4 low in the country without hesitation. Support small business and dump the chains and big box stores. Without annual inspection in Maryland, these guys make sure every service is focused on your safety and overall value.

Johny went above and beyond to provide us with a competitive quote for our recent (100000 mi tuneup) work. When the dealership's quote came in at about 60% lower than the quote Johny had given us, we were quickly able to see how the work the dealership proposed was not the best preventative approach to maintenance of our vehicle. Wonderful experience...extremely clean n professional shop

I had a nail in the tire, and went to two other tire stores and they told me they wouldn't repair it, but I'd need to buy a new tire. My tires are about $250 per and I know I would have bought four if I bought one, so I really didn't want to do it. I found this place on a google map search from my car. I called and the lady was super polite, she told me the price over the phone without my asking and I brought it right over. Johnny looked at it, said he could fix it. It turns out the nail wasn't even all the way through the tire, he told me the truth, didn't charge me, but I ordered some other services from them just because they were so kind. Finding honest, reliable car repair is a grind but I'm glad I stopped here.

A little pricey, but comes with the area

These guys look out for their customers I've lost track of how many years we've been customers of Auto Clinic Care, but I can easily remember the peace of mind that descended on the auto-maintenance part of our lives when we became customers. No more wondering whether repairs were needed; no more concern over whether or not they were done correctly; no more hassling over how quickly work would (or would not) be done; no surprises when the bill comes. This is an incredibly knowledgeable, capable, honest, and well-run shop! I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that I recommend Auto Clinic Care to all my friends, and now they are taking care of cars for my daughter and son-in-law.
