Very friendly and accomodating (prices for parts and labor emailed to me), and the front office customer service was excellent. The mechanic took time to explain his diagnostic write up to me and showed me on the car what/why work is needed. I did not feel that I was being taken advantage of at all. I was also introduced to the owner who was very personable.

The people at Auto Clinic Care were really nice, reliable and helpful when my car broke down. They looked at my car and let me know what was wrong with it, and which fixes were more of a priority. They helped me find discounts for the repair (government employee) and each time I talked to someone there the service was always friendly. I would definitely take my car here again.

Perfect job every time This is the best shop you will ever find. I brought my hyundai in for repairs and the price was good along with the service. I love how i get e mails to remind me of all the services needed for my vehicle to keep me safe from break downs. Love you guys ur the best.

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. When my car broke down on Nicholson Lane unexpectedly, I was referred to Auto Clinic Care from a co-worker. I was so happy to find them! David came out and helped me get my car to a safe spot to be towed to Auto Clinic Care. They fixed my car (replaced the Alternator and Battery) in a very timely manner, communicated throughout the process, and provided a very fair price. I felt great with my car in their very capable hands, will return in the future, and will eagerly recommend Auto clinic care to others. No one's better than Auto Clinic Care! After seeing all the great reviews of Auto Clinic Care throughout the internet, I decided to give them a shot for my recent 90K maintenance work. Boy was I glad I did. I found everyone from the folks at the front desk (Johny and David - one of the owners) to the mechanics to be extremely friendly, courteous, and honest. Sitting in the office waiting for my car, I was amazed with how well both Johny and David knew their customers even asking about their family. It was obvious that these were long-time customers as their interactions were so genuine. This is something you definitely do not see at the dealers or any franchise shops. These guys don't pressure anyone into unnecessary services; they take the time to explain everything. They were so honest with everyone. By the way, if you need to go somewhere (e.g. shopping or work) after dropping off your car, they'll be more than willing to give you a lift. That's just great customer service. Another positive, free secured WIFI is available in the waiting area. Are you tired of going to the dealer or franchise shop for your car? Looking for a great, friendly, family-owned place?
