Fantastic customer service and communication.

Johny & Karen were awesome to deal with especially since I was so stressed I was crying after my car broke down on 495N. They provided me an estimate & explained everything to me & after they did the diagnostic on my vehicle my boss chose to pick up my car & fix it at our Marina to save on costs. They had to deal with an emotional woman and went out of their way to make it less painful!

took my car in for a MD inspection and the experience was excellent. Karen, the customer service rep, was very nice and got my car written up and into the shop quickly. The whole thing took less than an hour. Would highly recommend.
