I will never take my car anywhere else. They are extremely knowledgeable and, most of all, honest. I had an oil leak and they changed out some seals to fix the problem. When I went to pay they informed me that my rear main seal seemed to be leaking oil as well but rather than changing it straight away he recommended I drive my car around for a week and bring it back so he could see how bad the leak was. When I brought it back they checked the seal (for free) and told me it wasn't worth the money to change it as it's a common problem with my car and the minor leak won't do any damage. Don't make the mistake of taking your car anywhere else

This was my first car care service at Auto Clinic Care (ACC). I received prompt and very good customer service from David. I hope that the cost for parts and labor was a fair and reasonable price for the services provided. In the future, I will consider returning to ACC should my car again need automotive care.

I showed up and Auto Clinic Care came to check out my car and I explained the problem. Auto Clinic Care said there's no more brakes. I asked him how much, he said ~$70. I agreed and then he had one of his mechanics pull up my car. Wilson showed me the parts options and explained the job being done. I chose the aftermarket parts. As one of the mechanics were working on my rear brakes, he was explaining to me what he was doing. This place has no problem with you watching them as they work. When finished, my car was taken for a test drive and then I was good to go again.

I brought my wife's car in last week for service and Auto Clinic was excellent. They understood my needs as far as what was critical to get repaired and what could wait which helped me out since I will be selling the car in a few months. David with Auto Clinic gets praises once again.

I came here looking to get a good deal and friendly service, nonetheless, thats exactly what I got.. I had service done on the front & rear brakes, battery replaced, new shocks installed on my camry for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place.

My car battery needed to be replaced and I was looking online for a place nearby that had excellent ratings. Auto Clinic Care had the best ratings out of any Auto Repair place within Silver Spring and Rockville combined. They were very pleasant on the phone, asking for specifics about my car prior to bringing it in. Without having to ask, the mechanics ran a conductive test on my car to confirm that the battery was faulty before replacing it. The staff was very respectful and called me Ma'am.. something you don't find around here very often! Within less than 30 minutes my car battery was replaced and they had checked my charging system as well. All for less than $185! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I go to school in Georgia, and I was in Rockville visiting a friend and Washington DC during spring break. Three days into my trip I had to get my battery replaced and that caused some electrical problems that the shop who had done the work couldn't solve. They referred me to Johnny Fares and his Auto Clinic Care. Johnny had to work two days to completely solve every problem and make sure I could get on the road safely on my long trip back to Georgia. He got me a good deal with an Enterprise rental and him and his staff were absolutely amazing to my mom and I while we were stranded away from home. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for everyone's professionalism and hospitality. We made it back to Georgia safely with NO car issues whatsoever. Thank you!

Had problems at another shop in town. Used these guys for a second opinion, ended up using them to do the work. They did it for a couple hundred dollars less and my car has never run better. And they gave me a ride to work, thanks guys.
