Friendly and informative. Technicians provided clear explanation (including photos and videos) of necessary repairs. Costs (money and time) more than I hoped, but I feel assured of the investment in a car that's road-trip ready.

First mechanic shop I took it to and it came back better, not worse! They fixed several small cosmetic issues that I didn't even mention to them. Johnny and his fellow mechanics are wonderful professionals and their prices are good for the area. Not much of a parking lot, but it's worth it!

Just moved to the Bethesda area from PA. I bought a Toyota Prius inspected in Virginia and eventually got it done in PA I’m a lyft driver full time. When I got inspected in Maryland I almost fainted because there had to be a lot of work done to the car and it wasn’t going to be cheap. I explained my situation to Karen/Johnny and they really helped me out here.... I owe him and will be returning for car service in the near future. Thanks again guys!

I'm very belated in writing this review, but I can say with absolute certainty there is no other place in this area or this state I would go to for my auto repair needs. The team there is completely focused on customer service, they are always completely honest and upfront with you about the issues with your car and the various repair options available, and, most importantly, they are incredibly patient. I am not someone who would be described as car savvy, so it takes some time for me to understand what is going on with my vehicle. Each of the 4 times I have used their services, Johnny (the lead mechanic) and Karen (who works at the front desk and I think runs the show) have taken the time to explain the issue with my vehicle and have very patiently answered and all of my questions. I can't say enough good things about Auto Clinic Care. I recommend them to my friend and family, and highly recommend their services to you. As long as I live here, I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else! Thank you Johnny, Karen, and the rest of the team at Auto Clinic Care.

Karen at the front desk was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Johnny was great and diagnosed my car fast and was able to fix it. I will be using them again.

I set up an appointment for my friend Allen we came in to do a state inspection we had an appointment and they got us right on time inspection didn't take too long but I guess wasn't also short to miss anything that could come up. We took a 2014 Honda Accord and it's past and the inspection results came with detailed information as well as videos and was sent to my email which was very convenient. I got suggested to change brakes which is something I can and will do at home

These people are awesome and very family oriented...the owner is the best and very handsome...I'm a visitor to MD...my battery died and the took my vehicle in right away....hands down the best....highly recommended!!!!!
